cr44 Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Using the Platform

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and cr44 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms govern all aspects of your access to and use of the cr44 website at cr44.club, including all games, betting services, promotional offers, account management functions, payment services, and customer support interactions.

By accessing the cr44 platform, registering an account, logging in, making a deposit, claiming a bonus, or placing any bet, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. cr44 reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any point during your use of the platform. If you are found to be ineligible, your account may be suspended or permanently closed, and any funds derived from ineligible use may be forfeited.

To access cr44's real-money services, you are required to register a single personal account. The following rules apply to account registration and ongoing account management:

• You may hold only one active cr44 account at any time. If you already have a registered cr44 account, you must not register a second account. Any duplicate accounts detected will be closed without notice and balances may be forfeited.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration and must update that information promptly whenever it changes. cr44 may request supporting documentation to verify any information you provide.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your cr44 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. cr44 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to maintain credential security.
• cr44 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any account at its sole discretion if there is reasonable suspicion of a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, or any other conduct that cr44 deems harmful to the platform or its users.

If you suspect that an unauthorised third party has accessed your account, you must notify cr44's support team immediately via the contact details provided in Section 11 of these Terms.

cr44 supports deposits and withdrawals via a range of payment methods suited to Bangladesh players, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on the platform:

• All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Any deposit found to originate from a payment source not registered to the account holder will be returned and the account may be suspended pending investigation.
• The minimum deposit amount at cr44 is ৳100 unless otherwise specified in a promotion. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits may apply depending on the payment method and your account verification status.
• Before a withdrawal request can be processed, cr44 requires completion of the Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. This typically involves submitting a government-issued photo identification document and proof of the payment method used for deposits. KYC documents will be handled in accordance with cr44's Privacy Policy.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours, subject to your payment provider's processing times. cr44 does not charge fees on standard withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own fees.
• cr44 may decline a withdrawal request and conduct additional due diligence if there is a reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or any other financial irregularity. During such reviews, the relevant funds may be held pending resolution.

cr44 does not accept cash transactions and will not process payments through any method not listed as an approved payment option on the platform at the time of the transaction.

cr44 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and returning players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms including wagering requirements. The following general bonus rules apply across all cr44 promotions unless a specific promotion's individual terms state otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus will be stated in that promotion's specific terms at the time the offer is presented.
• Bonuses are personal to the account holder and may not be transferred to another account or redeemed for cash outside the scope of the applicable terms. Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player.

Bonuses will expire if the stated wagering requirements are not met within the applicable validity period. Expired bonus funds and any winnings accumulated from expired bonuses will be removed from your account balance without further notice.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the cr44 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own identity or using a false or third-party identity, for the purpose of claiming multiple welcome bonuses or otherwise circumventing platform limits.
• Using any software, tool, robot, script, or automated system to place bets, manipulate game outcomes, or exploit any feature of the cr44 platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to chip dumping, sharing cards or game information, or coordinating betting strategies in a manner that distorts expected outcomes.

• Threatening, harassing, or abusing cr44 staff, other players, or any individual associated with the platform, whether through the platform's communication features or by any other means.

cr44 may share information about suspected prohibited conduct with relevant law enforcement agencies, financial regulators, or other competent authorities as required by applicable law or as deemed necessary to protect the integrity of the platform and the safety of its users.

All content available on the cr44 platform, including but not limited to software code, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, service marks, text, audio, video, and the overall design and compilation of the platform, is the exclusive intellectual property of cr44 or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, licence, or interest in any cr44 intellectual property beyond the limited right to access and use the platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes as expressly permitted by these Terms.

You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any cr44 content without prior written authorisation from cr44. Any unauthorised use of cr44's intellectual property may result in civil or criminal liability under applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, cr44, its directors, officers, employees, agents, partners, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or computer damage, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the cr44 platform, regardless of whether such damages were foreseeable and whether cr44 was advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit cr44's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by cr44's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

cr44 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. The most current version of these Terms will always be available on the cr44 platform. The date of the most recent update is shown at the top of this page. Where a material change to these Terms is made, cr44 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice via the platform or by email to your registered account address.

Your continued use of the cr44 platform following the publication of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those updated Terms. If you do not accept any amendment to these Terms, your only recourse is to discontinue using the cr44 platform and close your account.
